Keto Rosemary & Olive Oil Hemp Seed Crackers

 INGREDIENTS

  • 160 g almond meal
  • 80 g hemp seeds
  • 20 g olive oil
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 25 g parmesan
  • sea salt
 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 180℃.
  • CONVENTIONAL METHOD
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Roll out dough between 2 pieces of baking paper to about 2-3mm thick. 
  • Lift onto baking tray, sprinkle mix liberally with salt flakes. Cook in oven for 10-15 minutes until lightly golden. 
  • Chop into desired shape or size and cool on cooling tray.

Notes

  • These are beautiful and belong on EVERY cheese platter!
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 2 months
