INGREDIENTS

160 g almond meal

80 g hemp seeds

20 g olive oil

2 sprigs fresh rosemary finely chopped

1 egg
-
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
-
25 g parmesan
-
sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 180℃.
- CONVENTIONAL METHOD
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Roll out dough between 2 pieces of baking paper to about 2-3mm thick.
- Lift onto baking tray, sprinkle mix liberally with salt flakes. Cook in oven for 10-15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Chop into desired shape or size and cool on cooling tray.

- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 months
