Level Up Energy Balls

Level Up

 INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup oats, rolled or quick (I used GF)
  • 1/2 cup of Naturally Elevated hemp hearts
  • 6 dates, pitted and chopped
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup (agave is fine too)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, optional
  • pinch of Himalayan pink salt
  • 1/4 cup water, as needed

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Stir all ingredients together well
  • Roll into golf ball sized balls, wetting hands a bit to get a smooth texture
  • Pop into the freezer for 10-20 minutes to set and store them in a sealed container in the fridge
