INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup oats, rolled or quick (I used GF)
- 1/2 cup of Naturally Elevated hemp hearts
- 6 dates, pitted and chopped
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup (agave is fine too)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, optional
- pinch of Himalayan pink salt
- 1/4 cup water, as needed

INSTRUCTIONS

Stir all ingredients together well

Roll into golf ball sized balls, wetting hands a bit to get a smooth texture

Pop into the freezer for 10-20 minutes to set and store them in a sealed container in the fridge
