Level Up Energy Balls

Level Up INGREDIENTS1 cup oats, rolled or quick (I used GF)1/2 cup of Naturally Elevated hemp hearts6 dates, pitted and chopped3 tablespoons maple syrup (agave is fine too)1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, optionalpinch of Himalayan pink salt1/4 cup water, as needed

 INSTRUCTIONSStir all ingredients together wellRoll into golf ball sized balls, wetting hands a bit to get a smooth texturePop into the freezer for 10-20 minutes to set and store them in a sealed container in the fridge
