INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp of Naturally Elevated hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp cacao
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 6 medjool dates (pitted and soaked in boiling water for 10 mins)
- extra coconut (for rolling)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place the hemp seeds, sesame seeds, chia seeds and peptise into a food processor and process into small pieces.
- Add the coconut, cacao, drained dates and maple syrup and blend until the combined, about 30 seconds.
- Wet your hands, roll the mixture into balls and roll in coconut.
- Store in the fridge.
